Brickell House, a 46-story, luxury
condo residential tower under development by Newgard Development Group, will
become the first newly-conceived condominium project to launch since 2008,
reflecting the rising demand for urban living in South Florida and
fast-improving market dynamics in Brickell-Miami. Development of the $170
million Brickell condos project will begin with a groundbreaking in the second
quarter of 2012 – with construction expected to be completed within two years.
