The high demand for luxury property in Miami
Downtown, Midtown and Brickell continue to experience unprecedented hikes. The Miami Association of Realtors has issued
multiple reports on this issue that in its turn has been widely publicized by
the Miami Herald, the Real Deal and others.
Also The Miami Downtown Development Authority very recently released a
report that rental prices have jumped by nearly 10% this last year alone.
According
to Miami Herald, the reasons for this phenomenal market include higher demands from young renters, as well as new
attractions popping up in the area. These include a host of new restaurants,
businesses, residential new projects and places of entertainment, which
directly affect real estate prices.
Many developers have also responded to this
demand for luxury condos by beginning to build new projects in Brickell, Miami
Downtown and Midtown. Projects like One
Thousand Museum Condo, Brickell Citicentre, Icon Bay, ENV Mary Brickell, the
SLS Brickell Miami, Millecentro Residences, Echo Condo Brickell and many others
will be available within months now. For
